- We are finalizing a schedule of curated academic and cultural events for alumni and guests to engage with WFU faculty (e.g. walking tours, classroom experiences, museum visits). Engagement opportunities will be announced in March. Registrants will sign up in advance for these exclusive opportunities, not available to tourists.

- Can Alumni bring guest(s) to the celebration events?
- Yes, guests are welcome. Guests of all ages must register and purchase the Reunion Package to attend events.
- Are Alumni allowed to stay at Casa Artom?
- No. During the 50th Anniversary Celebration, Casa Artom will be utilized as event space including an Open House! Registrants will have the opportunity to visit the house, tour your old room and view recent renovations. Alumni and guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodations in Venice.
- How do I modify my registration… add a guest, change preferences, etc.?
To cancel or modify your registration, return to the event registration page and select “Already registered.” Enter your confirmation number from the email with subject “Registration Confirmed – Casa Artom 50th Anniversary Celebration.” If you need assistance locating your confirmation number, enter the email address used to register and submit a request to have it resent to you. - Can I get a refund on the Reunion Package if my plans change?
Cancellation requests must be submitted by January 10, 2023 in order to receive a refund.
On or before January 10, 2023, refunds will be processed less a $75 fee per person to cover administrative costs.
Due to the advance financial commitment required to secure event space and vendors in Venice, we are unable to provide refunds after January 10, 2023. We appreciate your understanding.

- A note about accessibility in Venice…
Despite the many bridges and stairs located throughout the city, over 70% of Venice is accessible, either by ramp or by vaporetto (water bus). Passengers with accessibility concerns that use a wheelchair can purchase tickets from the ACTV at a highly discounted rate, with their companion passenger riding free of charge. Refer to this website for additional information on routes throughout the city.
